ELIGIBILITY
- Open to VSGA members who will be at least 60 years of age by October 7, 2025.
- Players may compete in any age division in which they are eligible.
- All participants must hold an active GHIN number issued by a licensed VSGA member club in good standing.
- All participants must meet the USGA Rules of Amateur Status.

ENTRY FEE/DEADLINE
All players are required to submit an entry form with the entry fee of $250 by Monday, September 29, 2025.
- Entry fee includes all course fees (including cart) for all rounds of competition.
- The VSGA will negotiate a discounted practice fee with host club.
FIELD SIZE/TOURNAMENT MAKE-UP
- The field will be limited to 100 players.
- Priority acceptance is given to former Amateur, State Open, Mid-Amateur, Senior Open, Senior Amateur, Senior Stroke Play, Mid-Senior Amateur, Super Senior Stroke Play and Super-Senior Amateur Champions.
- In addition, at least three members from the host club are guaranteed three spots in the field.
- The remainder of the field will be selected by lowest Handicap Index as of Monday, September 29, 2025.
FORMAT

18-hole stroke play qualifying followed by match play.

There will be one match play bracket per age division and the size will be determined by the total number of entries in each division.

Those who do not qualify for match play will be issued a partial refund of their entry and may be offered an additional stroke play round at the host club or nearby facility for a discounted rate.

Players will compete in the following divisions and at the approximate total yardage listed (yardages are subject to change based on weather, course layout/conditions, etc.):

Mid-Senior – 6,100-6,300 yards

65 and over – 6,000-6,200 yards

70 and over – 5,800-6,000 yards
-
75 and over – 5,400-5,700 yards

Note:
- Players that are eligible for multiple divisions may choose the division in which they would like to compete (e.g. A player that is 70 years of age may register for the 70 and over division or the 65 and over division, but not both).
- Player rankings points will only be awarded to the 65 and over division.
PRIZES
- Trophies and gift certificates will be awarded to the overall champion in each division.
- In addition, gross prizes (based on number of entries) will be awarded in each division.
